1. Applicability
By using our site or engaging our services you agree to these terms. Deviations are only valid if agreed in writing.
2. Offers and agreements
Offers are valid as stated. Agreements are formed when both parties confirm the assignment in writing (e.g. by email).
3. Delivery and payment
We deliver in accordance with the agreed scope and schedule. Payment terms are 14 days unless otherwise agreed. We may suspend work in case of late payment.
4. Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the relevant assignment in the relevant period, unless there is intent or gross negligence.
