Frequently asked questions

Answers to common questions about tenders, procedures and our services for government and public sector.

  • How do I provide a reference and deadline? Via the invitation form or in the quote form under "Responding to a tender or RFP?".
  • Can you write the tender document? Yes. We help draft or refine (scope, criteria, compliant wording) and can also arrange 3–5 offers from our network. See Tender writing + offers.
  • Do you deliver GDPR- and accessibility-compliant? Yes. See Compliance. We build with GDPR and WCAG in mind and provide reporting/audit trails where needed.
  • Do you work with EU and national procurement rules? We align our proposal with your procedure and can meet reporting and evaluation requirements. For specific legal questions we recommend consulting your procurement or legal department.
  • What is the difference between inviting and requesting a quote? Invite: you provide reference and deadline; we add ourselves to your list or get in touch. Request quote: you request a full quote, optionally with documents; you can also enter the tender reference there.
